- Projetar jornadas e protótipos inovadores para aplicações multiplataforma, seguindo guidelines flexíveis e utilizando ferramentas como o Figma. Realizar conferências e fornecer feedbacks em todas as fases de desenvolvimento.
- Transformar requisitos complexos em designs intuitivos, garantindo a usabilidade e a visão da experiência ao longo do processo de desenvolvimento.
- Conduzir pesquisas com usuários, clientes e stakeholders para entender as necessidades de negócio e coletar insights alinhados com os requisitos técnicos e do usuário.
- Apresentar ideias de design para diferentes departamentos, utilizando visuais e narrativas claras para comunicar o valor dos projetos.
- Colaborar estreitamente com equipes de Engenharia e Produto, identificando e contornando entraves para implementar soluções de design com precisão.
- Desenvolver documentações detalhadas dos projetos, incluindo fluxos de usuário e especificações de design, para facilitar a colaboração e a implementação eficaz.
- Contribuir para a criação e manutenção de um Design System, mantendo a consistência e eficiência nos projetos e validando as soluções durante todo o ciclo de desenvolvimento.
- Ensino superior completo em Publicidade e Propaganda, Engenharia de Software, Jogos Digitais, Design ou cursos correlatos.
- Experiência em design de produtos digitais, idealmente em tecnologia XR ou áreas correlatas;
- Experiência com uso de metodologias ágeis para desenvolvimento de produtos;
- Proficiência em Figma;
- Inglês avançado;
- Pacote Office e/ou ferramentas Google.
