    Position: Technical Support Specialist

    Location: Remote (Must be available during business hours)

    Key Responsibilities:

    -Manage, monitor, and optimize JC360 application on Windows platforms.

    -Administer IIS configurations to ensure optimal application performance.

    -Engage in power scripting to automate routine tasks and address software-related issues.

    -Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize Microsoft SQL Servers and .NET applications.

    -Interface directly with clients to understand their requirements, troubleshoot issues, and provide efficient solutions.

    -Employ analytical skills to evaluate complex problems and develop appropriate solutions.
