    Descrição da vaga

  • Preparo de relatórios das operações e serviços prestados pela empresa, demonstrativos de pagamento, aceite de nomeações;
  • Fornecer suporte e assistência às atividades administrativas da empresa, garantindo o bom funcionamento dos processos internos;
  • Elaborar cálculos de demonstrativos e emitir o certificado para o cliente;
  • Verificar os documentos operacionais e laboratoriais para elaborar o levantamento das tarefas executadas de acordo com a proposta/tarifas a serem aplicadas, finalizar o demonstrativo e enviar ao cliente para aprovação;
  • Abertura de ordem no sistema da SGS e agradecimento crítico no serviço a ser executado, confirmando as tarifas ou serviços;
  • Acompanhar o cliente antes, durante e após a execução do serviço, esclarecendo dúvidas que venham a surgir;
  • Inserir no sistema as informações para que o serviço seja provisionado e faturado, conforme procedimentos da empresa;
  • Enviar lista de serviços faturados no mês;
  • Criar relatório com os serviços faturados no mês assim como a distribuição de receitas;
  • Preencher relatório no SharePoint evidenciando as documentações para faturamento e caso seja cancelado refazer o processo;
  • Irá dar todo o suporte para os inspetores da usina;
  • Entre outras atividades administrativa;
  • Qualificações

    Vaga 100% presencial;
    Residir em Santos - SP ou regiões próximas;
    Ensino médio completo;
    Será um diferencial - Técnico ou superior
    08:30 às 18:18 - Segunda a Sexta;
    Proativa e comunicativa;
    Pacote Office Intermediário;
