JOB PURPOSE/MISSION:
As services and solutions analyst, the main role is to support Product area developing, sustaining and managing Ingenico solutions portfolio, bringing maturity to Services & Solutions area.
Is also responsible to support solutions locally with Ingenico ́s Group products roadmap and ad-hocs requests, doing interfaces with all involved areas like Sales, Bid Management, Legal, Marketing etc.
In this role the Analyst is responsible to support and know the entire products lifecycle management.The standard services and solutions offerings shall be clearly defined, structured, customized and ready-to-sell, improving solutions Sales and portfolio maturity level growth.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES:
- Endtoend collaboration to prepare "offtheshelf" and customized offering materials to Bid Management Division mainly supporting and launching services and solutions by:
- Locally implementing the global Services and Solutions offering to pursue revenue budgets and targets, supporting Ingenico's strategy to migrate from traditional HW industry manufacturer to a service and solution-oriented company
- Supporting S&S area to create business cases and opportunities identification at local level.
- 360degree interactivity with multiple internal and external areas (Legal, Marketing, Sales, CS, Compliance, Sales Admin, Regulator, Central Bank, B2B customers, Bid Management, Project Management) to support and improve products Lifecyle.
- Supporting activities in each product step:
- Business Model Definition
- Price Positioning
- Roadmap Management including Backlog Management
- Product wrapup: Presentations (Technical, Services and Solutions), Certifications, Contracts and other materials.
- Endtoend Partnership Support Management:
- Strategic partnerships identify to enhance/improve company portfolio offering/deployment
- Identification, Contract Management, Implementation
- Technical Offers Creation and Standardization
- Commercial Offers Creation and Standardization
- Services and Solutions Training for Sales and Bid Management Departments and customers
Key Performance Objectives/Indicators:
- Services and Solutions "offtheshelf" delivery
- Measure quality for material deliveries
Competency/Skill Requirements
- IT Area
- Product Development and support skills
- Payment Services and Solutions market knowledge is a plus

Education Qualifications / Experience Requirements:
***Graduated in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Technology or related areas
