Description and Requirements:


Responsibilities:


  • Work with stakeholders to develop fully documented business and service management processes aligned to ITIL best practice
  • Ensure new Services have a fully developed end to end support structure, including Processes, SLAs and KPIs monitoring commensurate with business requirements and priorities.
  • Ensure that appropriate lifecycle resourcing, training, tooling, support and documentation is delivered with a formal project signoff from all key stakeholders.
  • Ensure all documentation is completed to a high standard by all relevant Design and Service Transition functions and standards
  • Update and maintain the process artifacts and process library through the transition project
  • Act as a gate keeper function that ensures effective Transfer to Operations in compliance with the Service Readiness Process (SRP) for all new services introduced via the business project lifecycle.
  • Identify and manage Operations risks to ensure a successful transition to service.
  • Provide Governance of the SRP, and Sign Off for all key project stages and artifacts.
  • Work with Project Managers, Business Owners, Service Owners, Managed Service Partners, Operations teams and 3rd parties to ensure that projects are delivered in compliance with the SRP.
  • Ensure training requirements and any other nonfunctional requirements are defined and delivered against the agreed Service Acceptance Criteria.
  • Coordinating project priorities across multiple tracks on a project and driving the project
  • Following established standards and procedures for project reporting and documentation
  • Create and manage project deliverables, milestones and required tasks per the schedule
  • Building and maintaining positive working relationship with vendors and external/internal customers
  • Participate in end to end stakeholder groups to improve the efficiency of future deliveries and processes.

Required Skills/Knowledge:


  • Strong Project Management skills; expert in organizing, planning and managing largescale projects
  • Ability to analyze project needs and determine resources needed to meet objectives
  • Excellent communication, organizational, leadership, time management skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication and project management skills, including an ability to communicate effectively at an executive level
  • Ability to prioritize and manage work and tradeoffs against critical timelines in a fastpaced environment
  • Builds a strong internal and external network of personal relationships to identify issues and opportunities.
  • Demonstrated experience in analyzing a business issue and developing a future state recommendation

  • Ability to set agendas and facilitate meetings, while focusing in on critical path discussion topics and necessary decisions

  • Multitasking and timemanagement skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Highly organized and detailoriented.

  • Ability to work in a virtual team which may work across distance (remote), cultures and time zones, in a matrix with multiple reporting lines
  • Ability to travel up to 30% (no travel during COVID)
  • 46 years of information technology and business experience
  • A Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, Engineering or related discipline with an information technology focus
  • External project management certification such as PMP from PMI or other project management certification is preferred
  • ITIL Foundation Certified is a Plus
