Responsibilities:


Hexagon's Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division (Hexagon) is seeking an

Intern within our ALI Americas group. This position is based in

São Paulo, Brazil.

This role will have the following responsibilities:

  • Participate in minor projects
  • Provide solutions to routine problems
  • Share Relevant information with leader and colleagues
  • Run reports from our internal CRM System based on Salesforce
  • Assist with the creation of document and presentation templates
  • Creation of Excel Spreadsheets, including charts, formulas, etc.
  • Help coordinate meetings
  • Assist with documenting processes and generating material for the field Education (one option):
  • Student of a Bachelor's Degree in Administration or Engineering

Technical knowledge:

  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Knowledge in Microsoft PowerBI and Visio is a plus

Qualifications:

Languages (Fluent Portuguese):

  • Proficiency in English and Spanish is desired.
