Responsibilities:


The Opportunity

  • Lead new eGTM Ambev digital distributors agenda (1P), responsible for planning, managing, and controlling commercial digital operations in Ambev distributors to negotiate Pepsico's Sales, aiming to achieve revenue forecasts within the bubdget expense limits;
  • Plan, organize, and manage action plans for 3PD digital clients, developing strategies and initiatives to reach and/or exceed Pepsico's 1P Ambev objectives, respecting the commercial policy, and maintaining sustainable growth in their business unit;
  • Capture sales opportunities on Ambevs digital distributors to reach more customers through our digital sales operation (1P Bees);
  • Lead and ensure development of human resources under their responsibility, supporting on new digital capabilities, engagement and digital transformation;
  • Establish and monitor performance metrics (KPIs) related to 1P Ambev distributors to reach and enhance our customer base. Track and report targets aligne with Digital strategy;
  • Acts based on the Values, Principles, and Code of Conduct.


This is an important position on Digital Sales team, that will play an important role on Pepsico's digital Sales transformation, starting a new operation through Ambev's distributors and online soluition (Bees) that will deliver numerical distribution and incremental sales to reach our AOP targets.


Your Impact
As Digital Sales Manager your functions would consist of:

  • Lead new e-GTM Ambev digital distributors agenda (1P) representing Pepsico on new distributors;
  • Responsible for planning, managing, and controlling commercial digital operations in Ambev distributors to negotiate Pepsico's Sales, aiming to achieve revenue forecasts within the bubdget expense limits;
  • Guarantee correct assortment / portfolio and distribution strategy;
  • Plan, organize, and manage action plans for 3PD digital clients, developing strategies and initiatives to reach and/or exceed Pepsico's 1P Ambev objectives, respecting the commercial policy, and maintaining sustainable growth in their business unit;
  • Capture sales opportunities on Ambevs digital distributors and develop an activation plan, to reach more customers through our digital sales operation (1P Bees);
  • Play an important leadership role, leading and influencing digital sales agendas, supporting on new digital capabilities, engagement and digital transformation;
  • Establish and monitor performance metrics (KPIs) related to 1P Ambev distributors to reach and enhance our customer base. Track and report targets aligned with Digital strategy;
  • Guarantee digital sales strategy execution on digital distributors;
  • Manage investments (outlined in contracts and specific trade actions), ensuring the optimal allocation of these resources in accordance with company rules;
  • Plan and monitor deliveries, negotiating volumes and end to end customers orders;
  • Guarantee good relationship and alignments with main steakholders: Sales team, Sales strategy & Intelligence Team, IT Team;
  • Guarantee good relationship and alignments with outside partners and suppliers: Bees team (Ambev), Ambev Distributors, digital customers;

Qualifications:

Who Are We Looking For?

  • 3+ years of sales experience and desirable digital sales experience
  • Network building skills and Interpersonal relationship
  • Ability to influence and engage;
  • Experience in leadership positions with team management directly or indirectly reports (desirable)
  • Analytical capability
  • Ability to perform proactive and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Organization and planning skills
  • Leadership and communication skills
  • Digital sales, strategy and operation (desirable)
  • Graduates in Marketing, Administration, Economics, Engineer or related areas
  • Languages: English and/or Intermediate Spanish
