    The Opportunity:

    We're seeking a skilled and experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to take a leadership role in shaping our flagship Research & Insights product. You'll not only design and build robust APIs and impactful data visualizations but also guide a team of talented developers and a data engineer. This is your chance to drive both technical excellence and team success

    What You'll Bring to the Table:

    • Solid Foundation: 8+ years of professional software development experience, including proven success in leading and mentoring teams.
    • Tech Leadership: Python (preferred), Java, or Scala expertise, paired with mastery of web frameworks (FastAPI preferred) and strong JavaScript skills. Experience architecting full-stack applications within a team setting.
    • Data-Driven Design: Deep understanding of application data models and a passion for turning data into visual insights.
    • DevOps Mindset: Experience with CI/CD pipelines, cloud technologies (ideally AWS), infrastructure-as-code, and a focus on team enablement.
    • Passionate Communicator: Ability to articulate complex technical ideas and provide clear direction to your team.
