    Join our vibrant team We are seeking dynamic individuals experienced in selling software, aesthetic medical devices, or products to take on the role of Area Business Sales Representative for Rio de Janeiro and Northeast of Brazil.

    About Us:

    QuantifiCare, established in 2001, is a global company specializing in innovative imaging systems for clinical trials and physicians. With offices in France, the US, and Brazil, we focus on skin photography, offering a portable, 'all-in-one' 3D imaging system designed for dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and aesthetic practitioners.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute revenue-generating sales strategies, exceeding objectives.
    • Demonstrate a proven track record in closing deals and negotiating successful agreements.
    • Cultivate a deep understanding of customer needs, conducting thorough territory analyses.
    • Conduct demos for target physicians on existing and new products.
    • Support Marketing initiatives and the development of key opinion leaders.
    • Identify and participate in professional society meetings/trade shows.
    • Contribute to overall team goals, reaching and exceeding individual sales targets.
    • Prospect, penetrate, and establish relationships with potential customers.
    • Maximize customer retention by developing strong relationships and providing post-sales support.
    • Develop business with new customers.

    Requirements:

    • Fluent in verbal and written Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus).
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a minimum of two years of sales experience, preferably in Aesthetic medicine, Plastic Surgery, and/or Dermatology.
    • Technical or commercial experience in medical software and devices, with an interest in photography.
    • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
    • Exceptional client service standards.
    • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic small team environment.

    • Willingness to travel extensively.

    Travel: 50-75% within the assigned region
