Requirements
A genuine passion for sales and negotiation, making you a persuasive advocate for the Hotel Promotion Group programPrevious experience in outbound sales or a strong desire to excel in a commission-based role in a dynamic B2B environmentFluency in Portuguese and English with superior communication and listening skillsProven ability to meet and exceed targets, with a focus on building and maintaining client relationshipsConfidence in making cold calls and conducting sales presentations to potential partnersEnjoyment in B2B interactions, presenting value propositions, and thriving in a fast-paced sales environmentHighly motivated and results-driven, with a positive mindset and a hunger for success
