Introduction

Your Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you'll work in our IBM Client Innovation Center (CIC), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world.

These centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your primary responsiblities include:

Support work related to mapping and handling of Personal Information (PI) for privacy and legal requests.
Review and analyze for best approach to PI Inventory submissions when app owners have more than 2 apps to onboard.
Analyze responses we are receiving from PI Inventory Assessments against data elements synced from the automated data dictionaries.
Provide support for manual PI Inventory work for apps that are not able to sync to Collibra (due to system limitations).
Support each app in their PI Mapping exercise based on the results of PI Inventory and data dictionary results.
Support analysis of PI Inventory responses, PI Mapping, & BCMs to ensure all system records in Collibra have been documented and workflows approved.
Provide support for consolidation of communications to app owners who have privacy requirements from the various workstreams where apps overlap.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

General Business Analyst for ServiceNow platform product with specialization around virtual agent and knowledge.
Proficiency in analyzing and documenting both business and technical requirements. Performing analysis of data, process to determine quick outcomes.
Basic SQL experience with querying and analyzing data sets.
Strong communication skills as this will be a clientfacing role.
Fluent English.
