Compensation Analyst PL

Job description:

Resource to provide analysis, budgeting and implementation of compensation programs and projects (salary and bonus campaigns, roll out guidelines, salary ranges and compensation policies).
Support on incentive programs and salary survey.

You are meant for this job if:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Psychology or related field.
Experience in human resources processes (personnel administration, recruitment, salary analysis, payroll)
Experience in developing and reviewing HR procedures and processes
Knowledge of the Korn Ferry/Hay methodology and fixed and variable compensation programs desirable
Advanced Excel (including pivot tables, macros, etc)
Advanced English
Good analytical and consulting skills
