Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain infrastructure in AWS cloud using Terraform
- Create and maintain pipelines for data ingestion and processing using AWS Glue, Lambda, and S
- Manage and maintain data warehousing solutions using AWS Redshift
- Develop automated testing and deployment strategies using Jenkins and other tools
- Monitor and optimize system performance, including troubleshooting and debugging
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements
- Work closely with data scientists and analysts to ensure data is properly stored, processed, and analyzed
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, particularly in the area of DevOps and data engineering
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a DevOps or data engineering role
- Strong experience with AWS cloud technologies, particularly with Lambda, S3, Redshift, and Glue
- Experience with Python programming language
- Proficiency with Jenkins for continuous integration and deployment
- Experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent communication and problemsolving skills
Nice to have:
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Knowledge of data analytics and data visualization tools such as Qliksense or PowerBI
