    Who You'll Work With:

    • You'll work in our Sao Paulo office and will be a part of our Legal team

    What You'll Do:


    • You will support the preparation, organization and review of commercial contracts, support attorneys regarding client arrangements and conduct internal research from a variety of legal topics.
    • You will also maintain standard form contracts and related documents in accordance with departmental policies and procedures. Furthermore, you will collaborate with team members to develop more efficient ways to process complex forms of agreement and will participate of meetings, helping to address new issues.

    Qualifications:


    • Bachelor's degree in law in progress (graduation in Previous experience in a law office and/or legal department is differential
    • Fluent in English
    • Very good attention to detail and good organizational skills
    • Willingness to learn
    • Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment
    • Ability to work collaboratively in teams
