- Use business requirements, market research and customer feedback to assist in developing scenarios, use cases, and highlevel requirements
- Develop and nurture relationships across teams and disciplines to promote collaboration and efficiency
- Develop and maintain detailed design patterns that scale for your team and influence other designers
- Lead brainstorming sessions and give presentations to drive design, demonstrating features and flows
- Understand and respond to data (metric tests, usability studies), using that to inform future design
- Short project descriptions
- Wireframes/mockups/sketches, anything that helps us understand your process
- Final design artifacts
- Designing conceptual sketches, wireframe information architecture, highfidelity mockups, and interaction specifications
- Partnering with product managers and engineering on product and feature launches
- Collaborating with global partner teams to inform CX improvements
- Using research methodologies to turn customer feedback into actionable findings
- Delivering high quality creative designs across diverse products and devices
- Have an available online portfolio
- Experience with design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign and prototyping in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Ajax
- Experience as UX designer or interaction designer experience.
- Experience defining and maintaining design patterns and UX standards
- Experience with UX design of complex workflows
- Experience acquiring user data (e.g., conducting usability studies, performing user research) and creating personas and journey maps
- Experience working with stakeholders to plan and execute programs that are strategic in nature
