Analyst Operations GJ)Description
Job Purpose
Responsible for programming the national and international cargo reserve, coordination of entry / exit, document preparation and rate quotes according to the rules and procedures established by the company.
Roles and responsibilities
- Responsible for coordinating the complete supply chain for cargo consolidation, input / output coordination, document preparation and rate quotes according to the rules and procedures established by the company.
- Respond in less than 24 hours to all customer requirements.
- Check the documents received from origin and prealert the operations team, including MBL, HBL and OI as a daily control of the pending work report, for the creation of international files.
- Maintains relationships and integrity of local and global clients in accordance with the guidelines of internal CSR and operations team.
- Update reports for customers and KPIs (key process indicators)
- Responsible for the management of standard operating procedures for each client (SOP, LP, UI and SIO).
- Verify that the lead time of the imported product is in time necessary to fulfill the events are carried out according to schedule. (Boarding, Arrival, Release, Delivery, etc...) (P&G client only)
- Prepare daily visibility report that is delivered to the client with details of their loads in transit, arrivals or at risk. Also, raise alerts so that those charges that are at risk, can be avoided or not (P&G client only)
- Coordinate with Customs Agent to express charges to BONDED according to customer requirements (P&G client only)
- Review freight value in P&G Allocation. If there is a discrepancy, raise issue and manage correction (P&G client only)

- Raise documents and operations with supplier or 3PL origin in order to seek improvement in operational processes (P&G client only)
Qualifications:
Qualifications - External
Education
Academic. Engineering in business administration, foreign trade, logistics and / or related careers
Experience
3 years Experience in Customer Services in related industries.
