Role Overview

We are looking for:

Credit Analyst to join our Finance SBS service line to perform the related tasks.

We count on you for:

Reporting to the Team Leader Credit Analyst AMERICAS, the Credit Analyst is responsible to manage credit risk and define customer scoring and credit strategy.
He/She works closely with Business, Credit teams and customers.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Evaluate and secure customer credit risk, establish financial analysis of risky customers and determine credit limits.
Secure credit risk with adequate payment methods and guarantees.
Manage sales orders blocked, review blocked sales orders and determine the next course of action.
Determine provisions and losses according to the rules.
Support complex collection cases.
Work with the legal department on litigation matters and actions to be taken for material disputes.
Contribute actively to continuous improvement, automation and service/process enhancements.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administratio or International Relations
Work experience in Credit area

Technical Skills

Good command of verbal and written skills in English and Portuguese
Ability to speak Spanish would be a plus
Knowledge of SAP preferred

Ability to organize and leading meetings at the appropriate level of the GBU in order to advise them on credit issues, credit policy, best practices, evolution of the performance, action plan,

Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
Must be selfdirected with a positive attitude
