- Complete Degree or in progress degree for Business Administration, Engineer or related areas;
- Intermediary English;
- Advanced Office (Excel);
- Solid knowledge of Macro/MBA programming language and Power BI DAX language;
- Knowledge in SAP CRM is a plus;

- Adaptable, can identify the urgency of tasks and prioritize the tasks accordingly.
- Support the coordination of dispatch of field service engineers to service Rockwell products at customer locations;
- Support to solve issues;
- Communicating with multiple parties by phone and email – customers, distributors, engineers, leadership, etc. in order to understand scope of work to identify skilled and available resources to best address customer needs;
- Collaborate with Specialists and Business Process Owners to identify and develop best practices;
- Support Global and local Projects;
- Identify trends and escalate to the proper channel.
- Graduação completa ou em andamento em Administração de Empresas, Engenharia ou áreas afins;
- Inglês intermediário;
- Office Avançado (Excel);
- Sólidos conhecimentos de linguagem de programação Macro/MBA e linguagem Power BI DAX;
- Conhecimento em SAP CRM é um diferencial;
- Comprometido e Proativo;
- Excelentes habilidades interpessoais, analíticas e de comunicação;
- Otimista e resiliente;

- Apoiar a coordenação do envio de engenheiros de serviço de campo para atender produtos Rockwell nas localidades dos clientes;
- Suporte para resolução de problemas;
- Comunicar-se com diversas partes por telefone e e-mail – clientes, distribuidores, engenheiros, liderança, etc., a fim de entender o escopo do trabalho para identificar recursos qualificados e disponíveis para melhor atender às necessidades do cliente;
- Colaborar com especialistas e proprietários de processos de negócios para identificar e desenvolver melhores práticas.
- Apoiar Projetos Globais e Locais;
- Identificar tendências e encaminhar para o canal adequado.
