    Título do Cargo: Consultor de Master Data Migration

    Resumo da Posição:

    Estamos procurando um Consultor de Master Data Migration altamente qualificado para liderar e executar a migração de dados mestres, incluindo materiais, fornecedores e clientes, do ERP do cliente para o ERP SAP. O candidato ideal terá experiência sólida em projetos de migração de dados mestres, especialmente em ambientes de ERP. Este papel exigirá habilidades técnicas e de comunicação excepcionais, bem como a capacidade de trabalhar de forma colaborativa em equipe e com partes interessadas em toda a organização.

    Responsabilidades:

    • Liderar e executar a migração de dados mestres, incluindo materiais, fornecedores e clientes, do ERP cliente para o ERP SAP, garantindo precisão, integridade e conformidade dos dados.
    • Colaborar com as equipes técnicas e funcionais para entender os requisitos de migração e garantir uma transição suave.
    • Realizar análises de dados detalhadas para identificar discrepâncias, duplicatas ou problemas de qualidade nos dados.
    • Desenvolver e implementar estratégias e planos de limpeza e transformação de dados, conforme necessário.
    • Configurar e personalizar ferramentas de migração de dados, scripts e processos para atender aos requisitos específicos do projeto.
    • Testar e validar os dados migrados para garantir a precisão e a integridade após a migração.
    • Fornecer treinamento e suporte pós-implementação para garantir a adoção adequada dos novos processos e sistemas.
    • Documentar todos os procedimentos, processos e decisões relacionados à migração de dados.

    Requisitos:

    • Experiência prévia comprovada em projetos de migração de dados mestres, especialmente em materiais, fornecedores e clientes, em ambientes de ERP.
    • Conhecimento de conceitos e práticas de gerenciamento de dados mestres.
    • Experiência com ferramentas de ETL (Extract, Transform, Load).
    • Técnicas de limpeza e transformação de dados será um diferencial.
    • Familiaridade com sistemas ERP, especialmente SAP, e compreensão dos principais módulos e processos de negócios.
    • Habilidades analíticas e capacidade de resolver problemas complexos de dados.
    • Capacidade de interagir eficazmente com diversas partes interessadas utilizando habilidades de comunicação verbal e escrita.
    • Capacidade de trabalhar de forma independente e em equipe, gerenciando múltiplas prioridades e prazos.
