    Job Description:

    1. Supervising the logistics operations of a business unit, within deadlines and meeting quality standards;

    2. Engage employees in complying with Occupational Health and Safety, Quality and Environment values and policies, as well as the company's internal standards;

    3. Ensuring that current processes are maintained, as well as identifying alternatives for improving the operation;

    4. Receiving, Stocking, Shipping, Sorting and Inventory, prioritizing, guiding and distributing tasks, as well as solving relevant operational problems;

    5. Ensuring that current processes are maintained, monitoring progress and taking corrective action to meet the SLAs and productivity;

    6. Tracking Operational Performance Indicators (KPIs) and carrying out logistics studies in order to improve the performance of the Warehouse as a whole;

    7. Coordinating the physical inventory, taking steps to ensure its accuracy;

    8. Contributing to the implementation and maintenance of quality standards in their area of activity;

    9. Giving feedback to leaders and coordinators;

    Job requirements:

    1. Bachelor's degree or above in in Engineering, Business Administration or a related career;

    2. More than 5 years working experience in warehouse or supply chain ; Have worked in continuous improvement, warehouse operations, supply chain, distribution or demand planning;

    3. Experience leveraging problem-solving and data analysis skills to drive high judgement decisions;

    4. Establish and maintain healthy working relationships with customers, peers, direct reports, and stakeholder teams;

    5. Availability to work shifts in Guarulhos, in the state of São Paulo.
