    Role & Responsibilities

    • Join our team as a Manager to support COA Management activities at IQVIA Patient Centered Solutions group.
    • Manage the licensing and electronic implementation processes of Clinical Outcome Assessments (COAs) for Clinical Trials.
    • Act as the primary contact with external vendors and internal departments.
    • Track the performance of COAs businesses, including sales/revenue and staff allocation.

    Specifically, your role will include:

    • Oversight and management of COA licensing activities and programs.
    • Create, track and report on COA licensing project support timelines.
    • Financial reporting on COA licensing projects.
    • Monitor, manage, and communicate activities related to COA licensing.
    • Coordinate with project resources within and outside the organization.
    • Negotiate COA licensing costs and contracts.
    • Develop and maintain internal databases of COA licensing requests.
    • Participate in proposal development and sales presentations for COA licensing.
    • Regularly meet with team members to ensure project milestones are met.
    • Ensure work is conducted in compliance with standard processes and procedures.

    REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in life sciences or related disciplines.
    • 4+ years' work experience in clinical research or related fields.
    • 2+ years' work experience in Project Management or client facing roles.
    • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and drug development process.
    • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Results and detail-oriented approach to work delivery.
    • Excellent planning, time management, and prioritization skills.
    • Ability to think and develop initiatives independently.
    • Sound judgement and ability to establish effective working relationships.
    • Strong software and computer skills, including MS Office applications.
    • Familiarity with IQVIA business units/functions is a plus.
