**Tasks


TasksTasks***We are looking for a Sales Planning & Report Specialist to support the planning rounds, handling short, mid, and long-term plans. Additionally, collaborate to establish budget planning for Retail, Wholesale, and Order Intake.

We seek a professional who will support the management of quota allocation, production VB/DP/QC planning, preparation of incentive program & sales allowance budget planning.

Main Responsibilities

Sales Planning

  • Provide full support to the Planning and Reporting Manager in relation to the wholesales planning, including supply chain, detailed and strategic planning in short, medium and long term
Monthly production planning and Order Management

  • Ensure balance in demand and supply, in order to meet the targets for each dealer, in coordination with the Regional Sales Manager
  • Support the control of order submission and quota filling by dealers, and support dealers with order placement
Production Forecast

  • Coordinate the communication with all dealers in terms of volume requirements and manage market requirements, bridging PAG availability/production and dealers requests
  • Control the CO2 emission matrix, together with the Homologation Manager and
Product&Price ManagerEnsure adequate level of training for dealer sales personnel on
porsche sales systems, product knowledge and selling techniques

Incentive Planning

  • Provide the necessary reports and documentation for the incentive budget reports
  • Followup of expenses and evaluate effectiveness of incentive programs
**Qualifications


QualificationsQualifications***Education

  • Bachelor's Degree and/or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Engineer or equivalent.
Experience

  • 3+ years of working experience in sales planning, projection and reporting in automotive industry (premium brands are a plus).
