The Role:

***We are seeking a Managed Services Consultant (L3) - Platform & Cloud who is a high achieving individual, a team player with a passion for technology.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Build and maintain client relationships by providing smart technology solutions to a Level 2 standard.
  • Be responsible for case ownership and resolve tasks in a timely manner, adhering to Brennan standards, SLAs and client expectations.
  • Adhere to ITL processes, including Change Management, Incident Management, Knowledge Management and, at times, Major Incident Management.
  • Complete automation activities.

What skills and experience you bring:

Mandatory

  • Minimum 5 years IT technical service delivery experience.
  • Citrix product stack, deploying and configuring Citrix Apps and Desktops (formerly XenApp and XenDesktop) and Citrix ADCs (Netscalers).
  • Active Directory and Windows Server knowledge, specifically DHCP, DNS, AD/FS, and HyperV.
  • VMware product stack, deploying and configuring ESXi, vCentre virtual appliances.
  • Strong Microsoft Azure, Intune, SCCM and/or AWS knowledge is essential.

Desired

  • Highly advantageous if you have Nutanix HCI Platform knowledge, including the ability to deploy and manage VMs using Prism Central.
  • Demonstrable PowerShell abilities.
  • Knowledge and exposure to an MSP ticketing system such as Service Now, ZenDesk, Cherwell.
  • A strong sense of ownership responsible, selfmotivated, proactive and disciplined approach to work.
  • Excellent prioritisation, diagnosis, and root cause analysis skills.
  • Strong problemsolving skills.
  • Demonstrated initiative, adaptability, maturity, and sound judgment.
  • Excellent telephone manners, written communication skills and customer service.
