- Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders to effectively communicate the company's financial performance, growth prospects, and strategic initiatives.
- Serving as the point of contact for investors regarding waiver requests or covenant breaches.
- With support from our legal department, draft and review waiver requests, covenant compliance reports, and other related documentation to support the negotiation process.
- Participating in negotiations with investors to reach mutually agreeable terms for waivers or amendments to covenant requirements.
- Providing regular updates to management and investors on the status of waiver requests, covenant compliance, and any related developments, And, Identifying potential risks related to covenant breaches and advising on strategies to mitigate these risks
- Organize and participate in investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows, providing relevant information and addressing inquiries to enhance investor understanding and confidence in the company.
- Monitor analyst reports, market trends, and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations to senior management for improving investor perception and maximizing shareholder value.
- Manage investor databases, inquiries, and feedback, ensuring timely responses and resolution of issues to maintain positive investor relations.
- Support the development and execution of investor relations strategies and initiatives to enhance the company's visibility and attractiveness to the investment community.
- 2-4 years of experience in investor relations, corporate finance, investment banking, credit department or related financial industry roles, preferably within the energy sector
- English is essential, Portuguese and Spanish (differential)
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, economics, or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and investor relations software/tools; familiarity with financial databases (e.g., Bloomberg, FactSet) is a plus

We are looking for a IR Associate for Waiver & Covenant Processes . you will play a pivotal role in fostering positive relationships with our investors, shareholders, and financial community regarding waivers and covenants in financial agreements with a credit perspective. You will be responsible for effectively communicating our company's financial performance, strategies, and objectives to the investment community while also gathering feedback and insights to support strategic decision-making
