  • Conducts remuneration studies with the local consultants yearly
  • Implements compensation tools for wages, short term incentives calculations and scenarios
  • Consistently updated with new market practices for compensation within Oil & Gas Industry
  • Advises the shadow payroll processes for expatriates
  • Advises and assists in developing benefits or improving the ones already in place, considering TotalEnergies' strategy and local market.
  • Conducts wage surveys and monitors the salary market, providing local advice.
  • Prepares the proposal and recommendations for the annual salary review budget.
  • Conducts Campaigns and support any Compensation strategic topic.
  • Ensures data quality to be submitted to Headquarter.
  • Supports the Talent Developer on job evaluations Campaign using the method recommended by the Company.
  • Implements job evaluation methods and tools in relation with all the concerned internal interlocutors.
  • Implements and monitors the Job Descriptions database.
  • Supports HR Management on Union Negotiation participating on labor relations meetings involving collective bargaining and unions consultation or employees committee.
  • Interface with key stakeholders by developing Energy Industry relationship.
  • Conducts negotiation related to benefits' contracts considering economical and benchmark aspects.
  • Runs personnel cost budget exercises by optimizing data among HR and Finance department.
  • Supports the monitoring of the affiliate headcount figures.
  • Maps, proposes, and implements policies under its domain.

Context and environment

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, or correlated area.
  • Post-Graduation will be considered a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Experienced professional with minimum 6 years of Compensation background.
  • Analytical and strong Excel skills.
  • Strong communication skills, including negotiation and ability to influence.
  • Financial Knowledge will be a plus.
  • Good knowledge in labor legislation and payroll themes are desirable.
  • Ability to think strategically.
  • Ability to deal with confidential data.
  • Good understanding of the business and local market.
  • Be aligned with the company values.
  • Agile, collaborative, and selfdriven professional.
  • Proactive and good Interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English
