As a
Marketing Analyst (CRM), you will have some responsibilities:

  • Creation and maintenance of strategies in CRM channels.
  • Ensuring an uptodate and clean CRM database.
  • Activate communication rules for prospects/formerclients with different focuses, such as: brand awareness, consideration, engagement, convertion, etc.
  • Supporting the maintenance of CRM configurations to maintain correct data tracking.
  • Searching for new sources of contacts/leads in line with Integration's audiences and objectives.
  • Suggesting new tools and ways of establishing contact and relationships with prospects.
  • Analyze the results of campaigns/activations both in terms of performance and Brand/Content and suggest improvements to increase performance.
  • Developing/supporting automation flows for relationships and sales, based on customer segmentation, propensity, and profile within the sales funnel.
  • Survey and analysis of indicators focused on the prospecting funnel.
  • Building a dashboard focused on the company's prospecting funnel (beyond CRM), as well as analyzing the data collected by BU, funnel stage, communication tool, etc.
We are looking for a Marketing Analyst to join our Marketing team.

You will be responsible for the management of CRM, maintaining the database updated, and supporting the implementation of the CRM system with marketing activation.

In addition, you will have the opportunity to work directly with all the Business Units (BU's), playing a key role in optimizing prospect funnel strategies and continuously improving CRM processes.


Key skills and experience for this role:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Social Communication, or related courses.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Organization skills are important consider amount of data and stakeholders involved.
  • CRM management.
  • Responsible, creative, proactive, communicative, resilient, and diligent with deadlines and processes.
  • Fluent in English or advanced. Fluency in Spanish is an advantage.
  • Ability to prioritize demands independently.
  • Sense of ownership
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to give and receive regular feedback.
  • Ability to work in a team and interact with international teams.
