- Actively steer the development, launch and production of F-ZCU/BMS, overseeing all steps of the process and working closely with product/design/contract manufacturers.
- Contribute to specification and design of F-ZCU/BMS boards for automotive systems.
- Work with internal customers to understand and specify application requirements and deliverables, including component specifications, Hardware-Software interface specifications and functional safety.
- Supports in investigating scalable architecture alternatives and development paths for F-ZCU/BMS Hardware platforms.
- Support to establish scalability, cost, size, weight, power, performance, safety, and schedule requirements for next generation hardware platforms.
- Support the HW implementation of Cyber Security and Functional Safety requirements of F-ZCU/BMS.
- Leads to create Quality Benchmarks and Standards; provides technical perspective and expertise in terms of quality standards for internal technical teams, critical suppliers, and partners.
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering, electronics engineering or similar.
- Experience on Circuit simulations, Circuit Worst Case Analysis.
- Hands-On and Industry Relevant Experience in electronic hardware development in Automotive.
- Strong knowledge on Analog and digital design (Power management ICs, HSD, LSD, Smart drivers)
- Experience with Supporting HW component validation (Electrical, EMC, ESD, Environmental)
- EE design experience. The HW Development engineer is expected to be able to analyze schematics, analyze datasheets/user manuals, comprehend processor architecture, memory options and Automotive ICs, comprehend electrical I/O, comprehend automotive networks (CAN-FD, LIN, Ethernet), analyze log files/traces.
- Experience with lab instruments such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, electronic loads, signal generators.
- Familiar with Automotive industry standards for electronics, design factors of safety, and product verification is desired.
- Strong teamwork and excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to work independently.
- Advance degree in Electronics engineering.
- Experience with HW Development for Automotive products on Tier1 or tier 2.
- Experience on D-FMEA.
- Experience designing electronics that operates from -40°C to 105°C ambient temperature.
- Knowledge of applicable safety standards including ISO 26262
- Solid understanding of system/component design
- Solid understanding of ETH/CAN FD/LIN/LVDS communication protocols and troubleshooting tools.
- Ability to think outside-the-box in high pressure situations

- Self-confident/empowered to deliver on a daily basis
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently given minimal supervision/direction
