    What you'll do We're looking for a Client Platform Engineer proficient in MacOS and Windows environments, with a strong foundation in scripting and coding (Bash, Powershell, Python, etc.).

    You'll join our Client Platform Engineering team, working across diverse automation technologies to address global end-user issues, with focus on the Fleet Management Product by keeping the systems in a desired state of compliance and configuration.

    This position is an Individual Contributor role, reporting to the Senior Manager, Client Platform Engineering, Global Infrastructure and Operations.
    Responsibility Deploy OS updates, patches, and fixes universally, prioritizing a smooth user experience through meticulous communication and phased execution plansEvaluate the current environment, pinpointing areas for service resilience and excellence, and propose improvementsCreate comprehensive technical documentation for seamless service transitions across various engineering tiersServe as the escalation point for complex endpoint issues worldwide, offering rapid and effective solutionsMaintain and enhance the existing code repository (Bash, Powershell, Python, AWS CLI, etc.)

    Develop and maintain automated 3rd-party app updates using Intune and Jamf AppsProvide support for maintaining the fleet in a desired state of configuration and compliance to meet the security vulnerability management SLAStay abreast of IT industry trends, recommending enhancements and novel strategies for consistent fleet management Job Designation Hybrid:
    Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required.

    (Frequency:

    Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation) Positions at Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job.     What you bring Basic Bachelor's degree in computer science or related technical field, or equivalent industry experience2+ years of hands-on experience in Information TechnologyExperience with secure cloud computing and cloud services like Azure and AWSDemonstrated expertise in End User Services architectureExperience in programming/scripting languages such as Bash, PowerShell, Python, or AWS CLIProficiency in JAMF and Intune endpoint management software
    Proficiency in Google Workspace administration and support
    Proficiency in ServiceNow, Atlassian Jira, and Confluence
