    We are seeking a Master Mobile Developer to join our team, serving one of the major American investment clients. This position is a unique opportunity to work on-site every day in Campinas, collaborating closely with our client and the team to address real business challenges in the investment sector.

    Requirements

    Responsibilities:

    • Partnering with a global company offering cutting-edge products in the Investment sector.
    • Providing guidance and coaching to the client on transforming software development processes using Lean, Agile principles, and DevOps best practices.
    • Collaborating with the team to address business challenges related to Conversion Rate Optimization, aligned with KPIs.
    • Defining technical and architectural solutions in collaboration with the team and the client.
    • Bringing innovative solutions to technical and business problems.
    • Ensuring the execution of best practices in Agile Software Engineering and DevSecOps.
    • Creating and managing the project roadmap, including architectural activities, system dependencies, risks, and technical debt.
    • Ensuring compliance with functional and non-functional requirements.

    Requirements:

    • Advanced or fluent English communication skills.
    • Experience in designing and advocating architectural solutions.
    • Proficiency in Native Mobile Development (Android / iOS).
    • Familiarity with Cloud Computing Platforms.
    • Strong understanding of Agile Software Engineering and DevSecOps practices, including TDD, CI/CD, and Clean Architecture.

    Nice to have:

    • Knowledge of Architecture Patterns such as MVP and MVVM.
    • Proficiency in Swift programming language.
    • Experience in mobile development using Kotlin.
    • Familiarity with CI/CD practices like Blue Green Deployment and Canary Release.
    • Experience in automation of web and native mobile tests.
