    AÇOVISA - Oportunidade de Trabalho

    Resumo do Cargo:
    Estamos em busca de um(a) auxiliar de Recursos Humanos com ênfase em treinamento para se juntar à nossa equipe dinâmica. O(a) candidato(a) ideal será responsável por auxiliar na organização e execução de programas de treinamento e desenvolvimento para os colaboradores da empresa.

    Responsabilidades:

    Colaborar com a equipe de RH na identificação das necessidades de treinamento e desenvolvimento dos colaboradores.
    Auxiliar na elaboração de materiais de treinamento, incluindo manuais, apresentações e vídeos.
    Organizar logística para sessões de treinamento, como reserva de salas, preparação de materiais e comunicação com os participantes.
    Apoiar na condução de sessões de treinamento presenciais e virtuais, garantindo a participação ativa dos colaboradores.
    Manter registros precisos de presença e feedback dos participantes dos treinamentos.
    Colaborar com os gestores de departamento para avaliar a eficácia dos programas de treinamento e identificar áreas de melhoria.
    Fornecer suporte administrativo geral ao departamento de RH, conforme necessário.
    Requisitos:

    Experiência prévia em funções de Recursos Humanos, preferencialmente com foco em treinamento e desenvolvimento.
    Familiaridade com princípios de aprendizagem organizacional e técnicas de facilitação.
    Excelentes habilidades de comunicação verbal e escrita.
    Capacidade de trabalhar de forma colaborativa em equipe.
    Organização e atenção aos detalhes.
    Conhecimento básico de ferramentas de tecnologia da informação, como pacote Office e plataformas de treinamento online.
