Your Role and Responsibilities

A Security Analyst will need to have a solid understanding of network protocols and Network devices (switches, routers, etc.) fundamentals, as well as basic Unix/Linux and Windows knowledge.

The Security Analyst should be familiar with Net-work troubleshooting routines.

A Security Analyst should have basic skills on Firewalls and IDS/IPS experience as well as needs to have strong written and oral communication skills in English and Japanese as all the tasks are performed remotely in globally spread Teams.

A Security Analyst needs to be self-motivated and must have good attention to details and organization skills.

The Security Analyst responsibilities can include but are not limited to: Monitor and Escalate security incidents, perform first investigation (network troubleshooting and further verification) on incidents related to MSS Clients' devices, managed by IBM MSS.
