Distribuir, treinar e orientar a equipe nas atividades operacionais dos setores de carregamento e transporte de peças e materiais, almoxarifado, recebimento, expedição e gestão de estoques.

Acompanhar a programação diária, avaliando a qualidade nas atividades executadas. Controlar e organizar as operações de produção de sua área, podendo intervir nas operações quando necessário.
