Whoosh Brasil is an electric scooter sharing service. We provide a modern and convenient "last mile" transport.We are looking for a City Manager for Rio de Janeiro, Brazil to manage our upcoming operations there.
Responsibilities:
Service center work organization:
repair, maintenance and charging of electric scootersSearching contractors and performers for service center activity (including drivers, mechanics, coordinators, keepers)Everyday organization and operational management of a service team full cycle workPlacement in the city and collection of scooters for repairing and charging at a service centerOrganization of scooters monitoring and control using the IT platform and special softwareKey performance indicators control and achievementSolving current operational issues with authorities, administration, policeInteraction with counterparties and suppliers of spare partsSpare parts planning and inventoryRequirementsFluent EnglishExperience in LogisticsAbility to work in multitasking atmosphereManagement experienceAbility to build effective processesExperience in B2C marketExperience in managing service centers will be a big advantageBenefitsCompetitive salary (to be discussed with successful candidate);The possibility of career and professional development;Interesting and ambitious tasks;
