    Prime Video has become one of main players in the video entertainment industry in LATAM and we have very ambitious goals to keep delighting our customers with a great service and broad content.

    We are seeking an experienced Regional Marketing & Growth Manager to join the Prime Video Marketplace team in LATAM.

    This individual will be responsible for identifying and leveraging business growth opportunities for Prime Video Channels and Prime Video Store.

    This person will be responsible for coming up with solutions for complex business problems such as customer education, market segment penetration, and profitability improvement, while building strong relationships with external partners.

    This role is inherently cross-functional and involves working closely with Vendor Managers, Merchandising, Media, Tech & Product, Operations, Finance, Business Developments, and Executive teams as well as Creative Agencies and Content Partners.

    A successful candidate will be highly analytical, strategic thinker, resourceful, customer oriented, creative, and will have strong communication skills and the ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams.

    Candidates must have a proven track record in successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.

    We are looking for a self-starter, highly-driven individual who is able to prioritize and deliver on deadlines with minimal supervision.

    This person will have the ability to persuade and influence others, with a track record of delivering results.
    Key job responsibilities

    • Identify growth opportunities and work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement initiatives to leverage them;
    • Business planning around acquisition of new customers, retention of existing customer and improvement of business profitability;
    • Work together with Vendor Managers to identify key content priorities, and develop & implement plans to boost performance;
    • Work together with Tech & Product teams to identify key product priorities, and develop & implement plans to boost performance;
    • Work with Creative Agencies and internal Media teams to develop specific marketing campaigns for key content and product releases;
    • Work together with Business Development and other business lines to identify overall business opportunities, and develop & implement plans to drive growth and improve profitability;
    • Manage Paid Marketing budget for Prime Video Marketplace in LATAM;
    • Influence new product developments for LATAM customers;
    • Analyze and report performance of business initiatives and marketing campaigns;
    • Monitor and report goals to internal senior leadership.
    This role can be based in São Paulo, Mexico City or Miami.

    We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

    Sao Paulo, SP, BRABASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements- - 3+ years of experience managing Creative Agencies;- - Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners, as well as communicating results to senior leadership;- - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in the English language;PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- - Spanish and/or Portuguese language fluency / Knowledge of the digital video industry, entertainment, media and/or film industry / Experience in content and/or subscription services.
