    Essencial job duties

  • Collaboration with our pharmaceutical company clients to review clinical protocols, define the components of clinical trial study designs, and work with internal teams to highlight risks and financial impacts associated with various study design options
  • Accurately interpreting clinical protocol requirements and coordinating the preparation of clinical trial databases
  • Utilizing technical, therapeutic area, and pharmaceutical industry knowledge to successfully coordinate the completion of clinical trial databases
  • Coordinating internal processes and communications related to study design and ensuring that follow-up actions are recorded and global monitoring plans are implemented
  • Ensuring that all customer requirements are documented and acted upon through building strong relationships to ensure high quality study design

    • Main requirements

  • University or college degree, or certification in a related allied health profession from an appropriately accredited institution (e.g., nursing licensure).
  • Experience with Finance Management within CRO segment
  • Thorough knowledge of ICH Guidelines and understanding of local regulatory requirements
  • Good planning, organization, and problem- solving abilities
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good analytical and negotiation skills
  • Computer competency
  • Fluent in local office language and in English, both written and verbal
  • Works efficiently and effectively in a matrix environment
