    Descrição

    Procuramos um Real Estate Manager para liderar o nosso time projetos em desenvolvimento imobiliário e responsável pela gestão de todos os serviços de hard e soft services de facilities bem como contrato de refeitório e segurança patrimonial. Garantindo os benefícios comerciais sejam alcançadas, entregar o projeto dentro do escopo, prazo, custos, recursos e qualidade. Acompanhamento do progresso e desempenho de todas as fases; responsável pelos investimentos sejam executados alinhados com os acordos; planejamento, registros e atualização de projetos.

    Perfil desejável

    O profissional que buscamos apresenta vivência robusta de gestão em Real Estate e/ou facilites, visão de negócios, habilidade analíticas, desejo de trabalhar em equipe colaborativa em prol e um conceito comum, capacidade de trabalhar em ambientes multifuncional, mentalidade proativa o positiva. Graduação em engenharia Civil, Eletrotécnica , Mecânica ou afins, desejável pós-graduação e inglês fluente e ter um bom nível de espanhol complementam o perfil.
