Job Description:

Supply chain business systems specialist and project deployment lead for one of Rockwell Automation's manufacturing plants.

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Managing Industry 4.0 projects impacting multiple manufacturing facilities.
Managing the deployment of new technical solutions by setting timelines, coordinating with stakeholders, conducting the implementation, leading change management and overseeing the postdeployment hypercare.
Enabling manufacturing operations through daily support of MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) & IoT (Internet of Things) systems.
Serving as a technical expert on crossfunctional teams, advising teams on new product launches, configuring new production lines, and improving processes.
Engaging with stakeholders to discover and evaluate opportunities for continuous improvement of business systems.
Prioritizing opportunities and creating a digital transformation roadmap.
Promoting global technology and process standards across manufacturing locations.
Training users on new systems to ensure redundancy of critical skillsets.
Some offhours support may be required depending on project work.
Travel up to 10%.

Demonstrates a solid understanding of lean and the manufacturing process.
Handson experience in utilizing a digital manufacturing solution portfolio that delivers strong business values and productivities.
Must have a passion for automated and comprehensive knowledge of testing with solid problem solving/troubleshooting skills.
Handson Experience working with Rockwell MES & IoT Platforms.
Capable of communicating effectively across functional areas and at multiple levels of the organization.

Minimum Qualifications

4year Engineering or Computer Science Degree, or 2year Engineering Technology Degree plus 5+ years manufacturing experience, or 10+ years manufacturing experience in technical and leadership roles.
