Introduction


As a promoter of sustainable mobility in Brazil, our Alstom units develop and market systems, equipment and services for the railway sector, as trains to metros, tramways, personalized services (maintenance, modernisation) as well as offers dedicated to passengers and infrastructure, digital mobility and signalling solutions.

Alstom Brazil has a very challenge period now, with important Projects such as Wanda (Taiwan), Bucharest (Romania), Metro São Paulo Line 6 (Brazil), and CPTM Lines 8&9 (Brazil), Bucharest (Romenia), to be manufacured at our site.

The Quality trainee will support the Quality Management System Manager to do all related activities for internal audits, process reviews, open points management, trainings, etc.

Also he/she will support some Suppliers Quality Activites.


Overview:

Reporting to Supplier Quality Manager, the trainee will support all activities related supplier quality assurance, as process reviews, trainings, audits, Non conformity FUP at Taubaté site.


Specific responsibilities of the role:


  • Quality Trainee will have focus on Supplier Quality Management System, for Rolling Stock business, supporting the preparation for internal and external audits, in order to get the certification expected. Also, will support Supplier Quality Activities done at site level.

Qualifications & Experience

Competencies

  • Bachelor's degree of Engineering (Industrial, Production, Mechanical, Electrical,) under formation as of Nov/2024;
  • Hability with Power Point, Excel, Word;
  • Desirable knowledge about ISO 9001 standard;
  • Desirable awareness on Quality tools as 8D, Pareto, Fishbone, 5 Whys, 5W+2H,
