A Public Area Cleaner is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of public areas to deliver an exceptional Guest and Member experience while addressing customer issues and performing regular deep cleaning tasks.

Responsibilities:

Ensure cleanliness of all public areas
Carry out lost property procedures
Address customer service issues promptly
Manage master keys securely
Perform regular deep cleaning tasks, such as monthly deep cleaning and carpet shampooing
Report maintenance issues to Maintenance/Engineering Department
Inspect public areas and restrooms and take necessary corrective actions
Adhere to hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety laws
Complete any other reasonable tasks assigned by hotel management

Requirements:

Positive attitude
Effective communication skills
Dedication to delivering high levels of customer service
Excellent grooming standards
Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Experience in a similar role or industry would be advantageous.
