Process Technician II

Job description:

Generate and update CNC programs (lines of code, tool list and setup) for lathes, multitasking machines and machining centers through CAM software according to requirements defined by engineering, ensuring that they are able to be used on the factory floor;
Design manufacturing processes within a concurrent engineering environment for the products to be manufactured, standardizing and eventually redesigning these processes in order to obtain improvements in time, quality and costs;
Collaborate with Supervision and shop floor process operators in the production of components;
Acting in the shop floor help chain, providing immediate assistance when production flows stop, as well as technical support in solving problems (after identifying the root cause);

Location: Macae.

You are meant for this job if:

Technician in Mechanics, Electromechanics, Mechatronics or related areas;
Experience as a machine operator and knowledge in CAM software, CNC commands: Fanuc, Siemens and Heidenhain
