    Airswift is seeking a Operational Cost Controller to work on a Contractor position in Rio de Janeiro with an Oil and Gas Company.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIESReceive invoices and handle correspondence related to invoicing towards service providersPerform technical quality control of invoices against actual operational deliveryPerform financial quality control of invoices against purchase order and well documentationInteract with executing engineers and contract representatives to ensure qualityCreate service entry in SAP and provide initial approval of all invoicesNotify service provider with correct service entry (SE) numberCollaborate with purchaser on changes to purchase orderCreate and release requisitions in SAP on requestCollaborate with cost controllers across delivery entities to improve and standardizeJOB QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree within relevant discipline (economics, administration, analytics, supply chain, engineering)Proficiency in SAPExperience within Drilling and Well operations is preferableEnglish advanced 2 years with possibility to extendABOUT AIRSWIFTAirswift serves as a strategic partner to our clients in STEM industries.
