DAILY
ACTIVITIES

1) Active participation within P2P (Purchase to Pay) process (approve Purchase Requisitions, issue Call-off orders, process goods, attend to Triplet Meetings - Technical team, Buyer and Cost Control); for technical and non-technical department

2) Issue actuals vs. budget reports for each department.

3) Support Operations Departments on budget exercise and subsequent revisions.

4) Be the focal point for the Head Quarter request for service (PO creation, invoice approval, monthly accrual calculation)

5) Support the affiliate budget elaboration.

6) Support on monthly reports.

7) Perform SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) controls related to cost control of the departments under his/her responsibility.

8) Prepare all necessary information/ figures for closure works (provisions of technical costs and time sheeting/ cost allocation cycles)

HSE

  • Participate in
    HSE trainings and seminars.
  • To know the emergency response routine and participate in simulated exercises.
  • Collaborate in the maintenance of 5S of the office and in the selective waste collection.
  • Communicate to the
    HSE all situations of risk and accidents in the company.

Main Location:
Rio Office (Two days at home office during the week optional)

  • University degree on, Administration, Economy or Production Engineering ;
  • Excellent IT skills (MS Office focus on Excel Advanced) and SAP Experience;
  • Used to work under pressure and with sharp deadlines;
  • Skills of organization, big picture perspective, analytical and critical analysis;
  • Excellent interpersonal relationship (will have interface with other departments);
  • Proactivity and multifocal tasks;
  • Result Oriented;
  • Fluent Portuguese, with capabilities in English at least Intermediate;
  • Knowledge of the Oil and Gas

Within a team-work context:

The logistic Base coordinator is accountable for COMPANY operations in the base and as such he has to:

  • Maintain awareness of and ensure compliance with all relevant statutory and Company rules.
  • Implement and maintain Logistics and Marine policies, strategies, and procedures to ensure compliance with legislation, Company Safety Management system, Group policy and evolving Company Objectives.
  • Manage, motivate, develop, and direct all staff to ensure safe, efficient, economic, and auditable services.
  • Ensure that offshore operations are not stopped or disrupted due to failure of logistics support.
  • Ensure the availability and suitability of staff, equipment, and services to operational requests.
  • Optimize coordination with other departments.
  • Supervise and ensure the integrity of Company's stock system (SAP), by maintaining the Company's stock holding in a safe, efficient and proper manner.
  • Supervises the safe storage and handling of all Chemicals and material within the Base.
  • Checks for MSDS for chemical if required.
  • Coordinate with employees at all levels on
    HSE matters and promotes safety and environment initiatives.
  • Support the base superintendent and act as his deputy.


ACTIVITIES
:


HSE

  • Ensures the implementation of Company golden rules and bridging document between COMPANY and Suppliers. Ascertains that personnel working on the logistic bases are familiar with and have understood the
    HSE reference documents, and to check their training, qualifications and accreditations.
  • Supports the permit to work process and similar processes (Journey Management and Lifting plans): guarantees that routine operations are covered by specific procedures and challenges quality of permits issued.
  • Promotes a risk assessment approach, joint safety tours, safety green lights, lifesaving checks to all Logistical activities.
  • Continuous verification and implementation of safety procedures and rules related to tasks performed on the base i.e. handling, lifting, fuel transfer, bulk and mud transfer, waste chemical storage, disposal, land transport, marine cargo loading.
  • Follows and comments of anomalies, near misses, incidents, and accident reports. Assists base
    HSE Supervisor to investigate high potential events, participates on cause tree analysis, board of inquiries (where required), issuance of verbal and written warnings to personnel in clear breach of safety rules with a view to identify the necessary preventive measures to prev
