Our Operations team leverages our PPI (Practical Process Improvement Business System) to manufacture and produce these products and continuously improve productivity and quality all while contributing to our Mission - to enable our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer.


Responsible for implementing and leading the Commercial Operations department in Latin America, including the assessment of processes, barriers to execution, resource planning, team restructuring, and execution of projects to enable improvements in customer experience and business growth.


This position will be responsible to conduct daily business operations and represent the main liaison between commercial and functional teams.

The Commercial Operations leader will have relationship with all areas and Divisions of the company in different hierarchic levels, demanding strong ability to lead direct and indirect reporting teams.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Build Commercial Operations team, responsible for ITO (Inquiry to Order) process, Sales Ops, Sales Compensation, Sales Admins, SFDC effectiveness, Master Data Management, Customer Service, pricing analysis and customer experience improvements.
  • Start in Life Sciences in Brazil and expand to all Divisions in Latin America.
  • Lead a team of approx. 80 members (solid or dotted line).
  • Represent the main liaison between commercial and functional teams.
  • Evaluates opportunities for process improvements and resource planning.
  • Focus on customer satisfaction and support sales teams in operations duties.
  • Responsible for key areas such as Customer Services, Sales Administration, Pricing, Sales Compensation, Sales Force Effectiveness, and Customer Experience.
  • Aligns processes and procedures to ensure business goals and growth strategy.
  • Incorporates into the area processes' new business as required (additional Divisions, Countries or acquired companies)
  • Define critical KPI's and the operating mechanisms for the function

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:


  • MBA is required
  • Strong experience in Commercial Operations or related areas in multinational companies, with complex matrix organizations.
  • Leadership and development of highperformance teams.
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
  • Experience with top management relationship.
  • Confidence navigating ambiguous scenarios.
  • Experience utilizing ERPs and CRMs
  • Strong communication skills
  • Solid experience in project management and process improvements.
  • Experience in field is desired.
  • Fluent Portuguese, English and Spanish.
