Responsibilities
What will you work on:
- Facilitate the implementation of business analysis tools, driving overall financial process improvement. Lead the development and implementation of process improvements to the finance function to improve operational efficiency, accuracy, and quality of output.
Portfolio Strategy;
- Business Strategy and Business Model Strategy. Work closely with Senior Leader to formulate business longterm financial and strategic plan by translating
- Business strategy into resource allocation choices. Financial lead of several financial processes, such as Last Estimate (LE), PepsiCo Business Review (PBR), PepsiCo Operating Review (POR), Forecast and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for both P&L and OCF. Set the agenda for uppermentioned financial processes, aligning several stakeholders and stablishing SLA across the organization. Key pointofcontact (POC) with LatAm for financial reporting and monthly business reviews.
- Monitor business results and key KPIs across the BU and transale the algorithm into a concise narrative. Manage stakeholder expectations weighting possible tradeoff and influencing the organication towards our strategic goals. Monitor internal and external Risks and Opportunities. Provide clear tradeoff analysis between competing tactical/strategical plans. Prepare presentations to Senior Leaders (OU and LatAm). Support decision making by providing stakeholder with timely, detailed, and meaningful insights and visibility on business performance. Support ExComm in key projects and perform several ahhoc analyses when required. Lead team of 3 direct FTE and 1 matrix reports based in Mexico (GBS)
Qualifications
Who are we looking for?- Knowledge of Finance, Accounting, and Strategy. Knowledge of Office, specially Excel and PowerPoint. Communication skills with different levels (from analysts to VPs). Strategic and critical mindset, alongside capacity to summarize complex problems. Team player and cross-functional collaboration. Advanced/Fluent English needed, Spanish desirable
