The intern will be included in CIPS Brazil Team, interacting with the Sales Administration team, Sales Team, second or third level support groups, customer and other employees of the CIPS Latam team (project managers, consultants, developers and support engineers), mainly in the activities listed below:

Assist in systems daily monitoring and creation of technical documentation.
Support project management team on monthly utilization reports and projects reports for clients.
Writing of user guide documentation & update knowledgebase
Assist in the troubleshooting of problems with our client solutions.
Assist Engineers to implement Refinitiv products and solutions.
Assist in the delivery of projects, solutions integration, systems configuration, systems installation,
Interact with internal/external technical teams and sales teams.
