Key areas

Responsibilities

Create visually compelling interfaces that leverage the Moto design system
Work within design process throughout the project cycle (discovery, concept, delivery)
Positively represent the design perspective in discussions with partners & stakeholders
Collaborate with other designers to ideate and refine highquality deliverables
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (UX, PM, engineering)
Ensure the quality & fidelity of the design by testing apps & communicating with development partners
Deliver detailoriented, highquality design work on time
Visually communicate ideas and concepts
Regularly present ongoing work to design team & design leadership
Give and receive peer reviews in order to elevate work quality
Create usercentered design work, incorporate user feedback, prioritize usability
Clearly document deliverables and create detailed specifications
Help design leadership foster a constructive environment with emphasis on creativity, collaboration, and inclusiveness

Qualifications

4+ years of relevant experience
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written & visual)
Experience with digital product design & development
Experience working with design systems
Demonstrated understanding of usercentered design & design process
Demonstrated ability to develop detail oriented & premium digital products
Demonstrated ability to work with PM/SW to ship highquality products
Experience working with software development teams
Proficient in working in a fastpaced agile multidisciplinary environment
Proficient knowledge of design tools like Sketch, Figma, and various prototyping tools
Storytelling the ability to communicate ideas in a compelling way
English proficiency required
