Descrição:


  • Project management : implement employee experience priorities to align to business strategy and changing needs for Brazil, Mexico and Argentina specifically. Currently Mexico City is an area of focus.
  • Strong advocate for the LATAM team by representing their needs to the global Talent team and senior leadership.
  • Work with managers and advise on performance and behavioral issues. When appropriate, escalate to the broader Employee Relations and Legal team and work in partnership with them to resolve. Mediate between team members as required.
  • Understand local needs and make recommendations to the global Employee Experience team as appropriate. This includes being a guide on adherence to local labor laws and market practice as needed.
  • Host onboarding sessions for new joiners in the LATAM region.
  • Carry out new joiner checkins and compile reports to communicate insights to Talent Partners.
  • Actively partner, coach & develop line managers based in LATAM.
  • Support our high performance environment by ensuring employees and managers are supported with coaching and performance plans as needed.
  • Management reporting and driving talent analytics and insights work; preparing Workday reports with corresponding insights and analysis to help support the leadership teams and Talent Partners.
  • Ensure the successful roll out of all global Employee Experience initiatives in LATAM in partnership with our Centers of Excellence (e.g. performance reviews, employee listening surveys, annual compensation reviews and new benefits).
  • Work with Talent Partner and Legal team to write, implement and communicate Talent/HR policies and procedures in LATAM as required.
  • Partner with Ground Control (employee experience/office culture) on onboarding and offboarding processes as well as other initiatives.
  • Immigration & mobility: partner with our mobility COE and manage the local process.

Operations


You will be responsible for the following tasks, but please note that we are on a journey to leverage our global Talent Operations function for this work, and so you will come to it with a solutions mindset of how to best automate and improve processes for scale.


  • Manage all HR administration for the region including statutory filings as required in each country you support.
  • Partner with Finance and Total Rewards teams on payroll, social insurance provision and retirement plans. You will also liaise with external service partners on all required documentation and act as point of contact for queries from our LatAm Airfam.
  • Benefits Administration: Liaising and maintaining relationships with benefit providers in each country.
  • Manage logistics of all employee onboarding and exits.
  • Maintenance of all HR data accurately within Workday.
  • Processing employee documentation including drafting, ratification, storage, uploading, etc.
  • Updating employee leave trackers / plans and generating reports accordingly. Strong knowledge on government processes and working closely with Payroll.
  • Ensure and educate all employees on how to appropriately use Workday to record time off as per country guidelines.
  • End to end support for new hires including: contract review and processing, travel arrangements and scheduling.
  • Onboarding programme coordination, scheduling and hosting.
  • HR Files: Manage hard filing and efiling folders.

Perfil desejável:
Requirements:


  • Relevant HR experience in an international, fast paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
  • HR or Business university degree preferred.
  • Some travel to Mexico City may be required.
  • Experience managing HR related projects in multiple LATAM countries, particularly in Brazil, Mexico and Argentina.
  • Handson experience administering Workday is strongly preferred. Solid working knowledge of HRIS workflow, reports development, and support is preferred.
  • Proven record of accomplishment utilizing advanced MS Excel skills, Google Applications (Gmail, Google Calendar, etc).
