About the Team

The Governance and Experience team is a global team responsible for ensuring that our platform provides a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable experience for our Merchants, Creators and our community.

We value user satisfaction and work on policies, rules and systems to ensure quality. Our mission is to provide world-class service and experience for customers, sellers and creators. In this role, you will have the opportunity to support our continued growth and expansion.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage vendors' performance, proactively detect potential risks and take solid actions to ensure and maintain good performance.
  • Responsible for the workflow of sites' moderation operation in Ecommerce including product, content and live streaming moderation.
  • Deep dive into sites' performance analysis, contribute insights, set up realistic and stretching goal and KPI metrics, keep tracking and driving efficient actions.
  • Seek improvement opportunities as process expert to help to improve vendors' operation management efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with various stakeholders such as policy team, product & system teams, to help launch new workflows.
  • Partner with crossfunctional teams (e.g., Product and Engineering), to build logical operational processes and tooling investments.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • 5+ years' experience working with in Vendor Management / Operations Management.
  • Past experiences in large scale operations working across or coordinating with multiple domains and business units.
  • Highly proficient in Excel.
  • Driven, motivated and proactive; excellent coordination, communication and project management skills to collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
  • The ability to not only think outside the box to identify issues and work to resolve them in partnership with business leaders, but also bring in new ideas to innovate in our day to day operations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Brazilian Portuguese, demonstrating effective, clear and professional written and oral communication.
