    About the team

    The mission of Finance Shared Service Center (FSSC) is to manage all incoming and outgoing cash transactions in timely, accurate, efficient and controlled manner.

    The FSSC team consists of corporate financial services such as accounts payable, travel and expense, and cash management. We are currently looking for a driven and meticulous Cash Management Specialist to join our team in Sao Paolo. Responsibilities1.

    To ensure accurate and timely cash management activities, including daily treasury payments, bank guarantee insurance, funding arrangement, regulatory reporting, account reconciliation, monthly closing, etc.

    2. To provide support for internal treasury-related inquiries daily. 3. To provide support for internal and external audit requests. 4. To assist in optimizing Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) and the treasury management system. 5. To assist in industry/regional research, project research, and provide timely and effective responses to the China HQ team. 6. To assist in treasury management activities analysis and ensure accurate output to the China HQ team.

    Minimum Qualifications 1. Experience with cash management or treasury experience, preferably at a technology or Internet company. 2.

    Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite Software and relevant systems technology; experience using Online Banking of international banks and bank-enterprise direct connection platform is strongly preferred.

    3. Professional proficiency in Mandarin is required due to system and financial documents. Preferred Qualifications 1. Detail-oriented with analytical, problem-solving and financial skills. 2. Principled, flexible, and resourceful with a positive customer service mentality. 3. Good interpersonal skills, good team spirit, and ability to collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions. 4. Ability to multi-task and prioritize, in a busy and dynamic environment with willingness to accept challenges. 5. Experience of local tax payments processing is preferred.
