Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for the delivery and support of local personal computing services, deskside support, enduser requests, and related infrastructure services to a site, or multiple sites for NCHC
  • Execute strategies to ensure the delivery of agreedupon service levels
  • Partner with the Consumer Tech CTO organization and/or vendors to provide incatalog services costeffectively and with high quality
  • Consult and work with onsite resources, Consumer Tech End User Services, and Consumer Tech partners to resolve local service issues
  • Responsible for the delivery of approved infrastructure products and services to Operating Companies at J&J site(s)
  • Ensure inscope local infrastructure services are delivered per current SOPs and approved OLAs/SLAs
  • Ensure that overall site operations are in good health and in compliance with all J&J corporate, Technical Services, and local site /Operating Company's standard operating procedures and processes through the use of Site Metrics, Compliance Checks, and Reports
  • Ensure local/site enduser computing assets are standard and secure
  • Understand and align to the Consumer Tech End User Services' goals and objectives, recommend process improvements, and propose cost savings or cost avoidance solutions
  • Execute required tasks for local, regional, and/or global projects and activities undertaken by Technical Services in support of its mission as opportunities arise
  • Act as the Consumer Technology onsite point of contact as well as incident and service request escalation contact for End User Services partners, Consumer Tech, and business clients as appropriate

Qualifications:


Position Requirements:


  • 4+ years of relevant work experience
  • Demonstrated experience in enduser services, customer experience (CX), user experience (UX), or specialization in IT End User Support / Desktop Management Environment related area
  • Technical knowledge and experience with Microsoft O365 and collaboration products, virtual meeting tools, audiovideo equipment
  • Leadership skills with drive, innovation and a strong sense of commitment, and adaptive to change
  • Excellent communication skills (oral, business writing, presenting, and listening) in English and local language
  • Excellent customer service skills and demonstrated ability to interact with anticipated audiences in a courteous, serviceoriented manner
  • Demonstrated ability to innovate and explain IT concepts to nonIT stakeholders
  • Good team player with a proven ability to partner across diverse audiences to influence decisions that improve the user experience
